Saasgrave Launches

InboxPilot Ai doesn't have to stay buried.

Someone is going to relaunch it and take the traffic. Make it you.

What it was

AI-powered email automation system built for businesses that want to handle customer emails automatically. InboxPilot AI monitors incoming Gmail messages 24/7, uses AI to understand and classify each email, routes it to specialized handlers, and automatically generates professional responses. It handles 11+ email categories including complaints, bookings, orders, inquiries, invoices, refunds, feedback, partnerships, recruitment, legal matters, and urgent escalations. Key features include: • AI email classification and sentiment analysis • Automatic Gmail replies • VIP and urgent-message detection • Telegram alerts and notifications • Google Sheets logging with detailed customer and email data • Multi-language detection • Spam filtering • Customer, company, phone, amount, date and reference extraction • Specialized AI handling based on email type • Fully automated 24/7 workflow The product was previously launched and used by paying customers. It was later shut down after customer retention declined, and the underlying automation has since been significantly improved. The buyer receives the automation/codebase and can customize, rebrand, relaunch, or integrate it into another product.

What actually went wrong

it was doing great with 100 users, then it all collapsed, after got a family, and got a new opportunity to a big company, i knew, that the saas i created, was worse than that job, by like x10K, so im selling it, for 400$ to get my sons dream phone, the rest of my money is for rent, my job, and food

Biggest mistake

add 100$ subscription, i had nearly 6000 users, all left until i had 100 generous people, they paid the 100$ subscription
