Your dead startup is
still worth money.
List the story for free. When you're ready, unlock buyer offers for $9 — or send the product to SaaSGrave Launches and give it another shot for free.
Recently laid to rest
Live from real listings — not seeded data
You didn't fail. You ran out of runway.
Most products don't die because the code was bad. They run out of time, money, or the right moment. Then the repo goes private, the domain lapses, the users scatter — and months of real work quietly disappear. Saasgrave is where it doesn't have to.

A working product someone already built and shipped.

Existing signups, an email list, and early traction.
The post-mortem
Why it failed — the most valuable part for a buyer.

What you get
A dead repo earns you nothing. A listing keeps working.
Even if nobody ever buys it, the listing remains useful.
A permanent backlink
Your listing links straight to your site, and sharing the launch can earn a second link.
Founders already here
Operators, indie hackers and acquirers come here hunting for code, domains and users to take over.
A write-up built for search
Every listing gets a long-form article for the terms buyers actually search.
A path to buyer offers
Unlock the sale state once you want it; if the startup sells, you keep 97%.
Revenue you can actually trust
Founders verify revenue with a read-only key from Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy or Dodo. We compute MRR, badge the listing, and never store the key. Self-reported numbers stay visibly unverified.
Questions
Good to know
Is it really free to list?+
Yes. Publishing the public startup record is free. If you want to open that startup to buyers, the sale unlock is a one-time $9 payment. SaaSgrave then takes 3% only if the startup actually sells. Promotion placements are separate and optional.
What is Revive for Free?+
After publishing, you can send the startup to SaaSGrave Launches instead of selling it. Your startup URL is carried over and the Launches form can AI-fill the listing so you can relaunch it quickly.
Do promotions include a backlink?+
Yes — placements and the free listing carry a dofollow link to your site. Featured Launch also gives you an embeddable Featured on Saasgrave badge.
Do I need an account to look?+
No — browsing and search are open to everyone. You only need an account to make offers or list your own startup.
How is revenue verified?+
You connect a restricted, read-only key from Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy or Dodo. We calculate MRR from active subscriptions and discard the key immediately. Only verified listings get the green badge.
Who buys dead startups?+
Operators and indie hackers who want a head start — a working codebase, a domain, existing users, or a market to pivot into.
What if my startup made $0?+
That is exactly what Saasgrave is for. Zero-revenue products can still have useful code, a domain, users, distribution, and hard-won lessons.
How does the sale actually happen?+
Buyers make an offer through the listing. You accept, reject, or counter, then handle the transfer directly. Escrow and assisted transfers are planned next.
