The product is designed for parents, preschools and early-learning businesses looking for a digital learning solution.
I built LittleLearner as a preschool learning web app and developed the product to a launch-ready stage. I decided to stop actively working on it because I want to focus my time and resources on other projects. The product is now being offered for sale to someone who can continue developing, launching, and growing it.
LittleLearner did not reach a meaningful paying-user stage, so there was no significant churn data. My main challenge was maintaining consistent focus and time for customer acquisition and growth alongside other projects.
My biggest mistake was trying to balance LittleLearner alongside other projects instead of giving it consistent focus and time to reach the next stage.
I learned that it is important to stay focused on a small number of projects and allocate time and resources based on priorities. A product can have potential, but it also needs consistent focus to move from development to launch and growth.
